4. Booking and Appointments

- Secure pets before treatment begins.

Failure to provide access may result in cancellation or additional call-out charges.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods available at the time of service.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule or cancel an appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may incur a cancellation or call-out fee.

Termite inspections and treatments significantly reduce termite risk but cannot guarantee that termites will never return.
Customers are encouraged to arrange regular termite inspections, generally every 12 months or as recommended by our technicians.
